Well done Dolly, 11.5lbs in six weeks is great!! Bet you feel wonderful
I've not been at the gym as much since we got Mack but obviously I'm walking him lots and I although I haven't weighed my clothes fit so it seems the walking is cancelling out the lack of gym time. Having said that, I do LOVE gym and whilst walking is good it doesn't really get the heart rate up as much as a good cardio sesh so I think I might see how Mack fancies running alongside me..I see loads of people running with dogs.

Still going strong here. Hard going at times but I love it. I feel great cos of the weight loss. Clothes feel looser but I havent bought anything get still living in my leggings and tops. ) Once I have lost another stone I might consider buying something.
Mine is the mora. I dont think I have lost much but clothes are looser by a lot and arms are really toned with all the mucking out. Sorted the garden as well today so that all counts.
I have another 37lbs to go, to get to goal weight. It sounds a lot but I give myself a month to loose 6lbs and so forth works for me. I do still have my treats as well as nothing is banned but I stay within calories which helps.
I am now 12st 9 and want to be 10st. At least I am in the 12's though as before I was over 13st. If I get to 10st I will see if I can loose the other 7lbs to be 9st 7lb, if not I will maintain my weight there. Happy days.
I havent succumbed to bad habits as in not eating this time so my head must be in the right place for this different life style change.
I think its the fact I havent went into this thinking its a "diet" which has helped a lot for me.
I am 5ft 3 Kismet, for my height I should be between 8st 2 - 10st 2 I opted for the 10 stone and if I get to goal weight I can then see if I can get to 9st 7 no lower cos if I go lower I just look ill and gaunt looking not a nice look at all.
I am not loosing loads I have to add which is weird cos I feel lighter and more toned but I think thats the mucking out and the swimming over and above walking the dogs too. Its my waist that am noticing the most.
I have went from 44,39,44 to 40.5,34.5,41. thats in 7 weeks.

You're doing great Dolly and agree it's a good idea to break long term goal down into smaller ones.
How tall are you?
I'm 5ft 7 ins and aiming for 10st, 4lbs.

Wow well done Dolly and Kis
I agree that your head must be in the right place at the moment, that's a very important thing!
