Im finding today really hard. Im watching what I eat even more because I cant exercise properly. Ive made a cottage pie and its calling me to eat it, and not just a little bit but loads. I HATE cottage pie, I dont like mince and I hate cheese on my potatoes but for some reason I want it, god I wish I could sleep and then temptation would be gone for the night.

I don't eat stuff I really don't like but usually unhealthy stuffwhich I wouldn't eat when on an even keel. Don't have a lot of unhealthy stuff in the house as a rule but bread and butter is always at hand! Well Bertollit to be precise.
Bread is my downfall I love it with proper butter but it really doesnt like me. I do love mash potatoes. Im not a chocolate or crisp person but Jaffa cakes and custard creams can disappear in a flash so I just dont by them.
