I'm sorry but Ed Balls REALLY needs to come and talk to parents that are real with real children and find out what they really need to help them. Even our lads would be hard pushed to remember the Fonz and they are in their 20's he would NOT appeal to DD at all.
Surely there must be someone more intune with todays youngsters that can send the same message for goodness sake.
Actually I know what EB won't come here if he's reading this we haven't been positive about any of his suggestions - but why throw resourses just for the sake it won't work.
Henry Winkler does have dyslexia which went undiagnosed for years so would probably be good heading a campaign for adults who remember who he is but for kids he is totally irrelevant.
Kids with SEN often have low self esteem but I'm not convinced one flying visit from a celeb is going to do much about that.
Actually WR it woudl make more sense for him to spearhead a campaign to hit adults - get those on side and more understanding and your helping the children immediately.
