Well after a dry start here it's now persisting it down, can't moan I guess as yesterday was lovely and it's the first rain we've had for about a week (unlike some parts of the country!)
Taking mum out today, to the bank and to do some shopping. Very happy with scales today, I've been following an eating plan and exercising more than usual since Monday and have lost almost 5lb yay!
I'm supposed to be going to a wedding later, but I still feel rotten, I have a dr's appt for 3.50, so might just go to the ceremony which is around the corner from the dr's surgery

Quiet day here, popped into M&S for a quick food shop, now we're watching Elf and trying to decide wether to take the dog out or stay in the warm. It's bitterly cold as well as wet today, poor George looked miserable as sin when we got back from shopping, I've ended up digging out a big chunky winter jumper for him, poor boy.
Off to Judo tonight with Olly, he loves it but it's so tiring for him, nearly 2 hours of practise, and they're setting up a Saturday morning group which he wants to go to, too, goodness knows where he finds his energy!
It went quite cold here to this afternoon OA, and dark, it's so gloomy! Crazy that I have had the lights on since I got home at 3pm!
We went to Aldi and Morrisons and then I popped to Lidl on my way home, nipping to Asda later. Am saving a few bob by shopping around but it's a bit wearing!
Mum treated me to lunch in Morries cafe, got a prawn salad and it was delicious which surprised me, never thought the food there would be any good.
