The future of the chat thread: Now with a decision!
I did mean about trying not to break rules, rather than what we talk about....
Actually that might be a bit hard for you as well......
I LOVE the Behind the Bike Sheds name!
I love that name too. Especially after the "school nights" we had in there!! They were some of the best laughs....... I'll try and find the linkies again for any newbies who want a laugh!
yes I understand that and I think that alot of it depends on the posters state of mind etc that day as it is just as easy to feel excluded on the daily threads too.
Oh yes the school nights.... a time of great fun, and some real great moments, esp from that very naughty Kom, who on more than one occasion required discipling
Well, lets talk about the finer details and see what we come up with (honestly, you lot are just smut smut smut...)
For example, I feel that the money raising challenges etc should be in the wider chat section, (the exception being of couse the closing down one which obviously NEEDS to be in The Chat Thread because then you'll never reach the target and that's the whole point. I feel the charity challenges have the potential to be hidden amongst the general chat so they need to be new topics.
I'm being a little slow tonight, can't move my head too much, as it hurts and makes me dizzy, so just ignore me ifI reply ages after someone has posted
I understand that Petite. Some days, nothing seems to fit right, and I too have days where I only read and don't post, and there were nights I just wasn't in the mood for the chat going on and stayed away from the Chat Thread. thing is though, that it is good to have it there for the times when you ARE in the mood - when you need some light hearted fun, or on other nights, for when you need to let off steam. Most of the time, there will be someone around there who will give you a virtual hug and a glass of wine, just as there often is on the rest of the site.
Okay EB, I understand that the rest of teh membership might want to be invovled in challenges rather than hearing about them afterwards, and obviously it makes it easier to hit targets if other people join in. Obviously they arose spontaneously rather then being planned. i don't see a problem with that one.
We have a series of four Skills Builders activity books for 10 winners. Each series is valued at £18 and winners can select the series they require (Year 3-Year 6).
Enter the magical world of the Lala-Oopsies™ in a brand new movie starring all new characters. We have ten copies of the DVD to give away, worth £9.99 each, plus each winner will also receive one mini Lalaloopsy doll.
Yup, it was like he was the only fit male in a really cheesy disco. At 2am. After the ladies had drunk 4 bottles of Lambrini and a pernod each.
How he escaped alive.......

Go to the Funniest Thread awards - that thread in itself was hilarious - I reread it this morning!

But you may feel differently. For example.
