Would you be worried about an un-made jelly's best before date?
Surely it's just sugar, gelatine and a few flavours and colours. What can go off? I'll make it up with water and it'll be fine, right?

If it looks like Jelly when made up it'll be fine to eat.

Urrmmm thats quite a bit.

Having a quick read, i'd say no. I mean its only about 20p to get a new slab of it!!

Is it animal based gelatin? If so it might be best to leave it, if not it should be alright i s'pose

I think Jobi's advice is very sensible. It probably won't do any harm, but if it doesn't set or taste nice it's a silly risk for something so small in price. Out it goes.

Now, let's see what else is lurking in the back of the cupboards.

We always have something dodgy lurking in the cupboards..... normally lemon juice from pancake day Smile)
