and I'm just about conscious, waiting for a shed delivery today. I've already been warned they will only deliver to the roadside, and shed will undoubtedly be massive so how I'm going to get it round the back is anyone's guess, take the package apart and move it panel by panel I'm guessing. I'm also guessing this process will make me cold and bad tempered lol.
other than that, morning! How is everyone?

Morning EB!
Good luck with your shed!
I ate half an easter egg last night and feel very guilty this morning and am now dreading being weighed on friday!! I was just so emotional all day and i just needed it! Back on track today!
Not much doing today, boring boring boring!
Morning
if I was you EB I'd have a little treat ready for myself because that sounds like blooming hard work in this weather :( take care doing it x
Roo not at preschool till this afternoon, the oh has just trundled off to work, I do wish he hadn't but he is a good boy, I just don't fancy him driving all day, in country lanes and up ladders in this weather :(
I'm kind of hoping the preschool is shut, I doubt it. The women the are super women and have no doubt flown there to make sure it is open lol.
Take care today everyone x
Crossed posts Miss P. Everyone has those days and it's not surprising really. Write it off and focus on today being even better. Hugs x x x
You won't have put on very much fat from half an easter egg, it takes 3500 calories to put on 1lb of fat, so if it's a one off really don't stress about it. If there's a weight gain from it, then it's probably glycogen and water from the extra carbs which you'll lose again and isn't fat anyway. Sometimes this even boosts the metabolism slighlty so your diet's more effective the next day. (which is why many good programmes encourage planned treats) You could always see how many cals there are in the 1/2 easter egg and do some exercise to burn them off again. If you go off the eating plan regularly (or think "oh I blew the diet" then eat loads more wrong stuff) then it'll sabotage you but 1/2 an easter egg just once won't. Back on the programme again is the right thing
and *don't feel guilty*
Congratulations on only eating half the egg Miss P.
I ate a whole one, and the chocolate bar that came with it! Hope you feel less guilty now lol.
EB the shed thing doesn't sound too much fun, I do hope you can rope someone in to help or that it doesn't take as long as it sounds it will!
I'm full of cold but going to the gym, then taking mummy food shopping.
ursh x
I'm bracing myself for the journey to W's school, we've been told they can go in late so I thought I'd wait for the majority of traffic to clear
Morning.
Its so foggy here you cant see anything.
Just the usual cooking and cleaning here today, oh the excitement!!!
Shed all done. Phew! The delivery men were wonderful, they carried it all round the back even though they aren't supposed to, where it was easy for me to drag them into the brick built, piece by piece...and even helped me slot the last few bits in as well. Lovely chaps.
I nearly had a conniption when a neighbour told me the gas people will be closing my road off for minimum 8 weeks!!!!! but when I rang the number provided they said it's OK, residents can come and go, there just won't be a thoroughfare. Phew. I was worried about the boy's taxi etc. Not to mention getting the kittens to the vet, etc.
It's foggy and horrible and I must go to my mother's and put some washing in, and then get cat food. Don't wanna though!
I'm not planning to go anywhere today and Dh has my car and I haven't a key for his yet.
It is very misty here and damp in the air but the sun is trying it's best to make an appearance.
Very foggy here too and very cold. It was clear when I got up but it has really come in again (it was apparently really bad at the back of 6 but then lifted).
Just eating my breakfast and then I will need to put the bin out. Apart from going out to get a new tyre, it will be housework until I have to get the girls from school and then we have the homework, flute lesson, tea, Girls' Brigade conveyor belt.
