Does anyone actually eat them on any other day of the year?  I know we don't but for the life of me I don't know why as they are blooming lovely!

I shall be having a very restrained one pancake with lemon and half spoon sugar.

What you planning?

Lots of pancakes with tinned pears and a sauce made from chocolate, butter and golden syrup. Ohhhhh yeah.

Well after that I only managed two. I made small ones too! Pa-blooming-thetic.

The boy had five or six hehe... I told him if he's sick he's cleaning up...

We had more yesterday too, and I have a feeling that the kids may be asking for them again tonight!

Yeah, we have them every so often!  Left over Yorkshire pudding mix often makes a couple, and the boys get them for tea/supper whenever they can talk daddy into making them!

They polished off 5 each this year!
