well after a trip to the drs it seems the little man has neither chickenpox nor hand foot and mouth as i suspected but its a rather nasty outbreak of a viral skin thing that can last for months if not years!!! poor lamb looks like hes covered in warts so im hoping it soon sorts itself out :(

Oh, poor little chap, summertime, sounds horrible. Hope the doc can sort him out.

OA, why not see if you can share a pony for a few days a week, before going the whole hog and getting one. That way, Olly (and you!!) can learn all the stable stuff and have a taste of how it feels to have your how pony, without the full-on commitment of a full loan. I started off sharing my horse for a couple of days, which turned into most days, which turned into virtually full loan....it soon snowballs!

Dd is grand thankfully OA, us is just lying up on the sofa and barely uttering a word which on one hand is great because he doesn't know how to sit quietly but I'd prefer it want because he was sick...

Thank you Brandie is seen the news report but after speaking to the bank I doubt I'll see my money by Monday, the girl I spoke to today said they are still working on crediting people's accounts with money that was meant to show last Wednesday week! I'd be happy if my account wasn't frozen atm and then ill worry about the missing money.  I think the OH is secretly pleased because I can't spend any money but as I need diesel (again!) and our mortgage and rent come out of my account normally I need it to work.

Hopefully it is shocking and I hope it gets sorted for you soon.

Summer that sounds horrid and hope the lil man feels better soon.

It is very humid here again and it makes me feel sick.

OA BFG is right - sharing is really very good.

But to answer your question yes, you can do it without their knowing - you say you have one 'on trial' or 'borrowed' or 'on loan'.

When actually you have bought it mwahahaha

Is it molluscum contagiosum that the boy has ST? DD2 had it for 18 months.
Today was very emotional and there were a lot of tears in the playground at 1 o'clock. The p7s have all had at least 1 p1 buddy to look after this year and they have become very attached to one another so a lot of the little buddies were in tears.

I have sunburn after smothering myself in factor 50!!!!
YD did famously well in her 1500m and threw a stunning 21m in the discus practise throw, then had 3 no throws when she was competing. Had the 21m throw been counted she would've become 16th in the country for under 13's!

xx

yep it is, he had one on his shoulder which went, then he had a small patch of about 5 on his shoulder blade which have faded but now he is covered in them, all over his back and his groin as well as his armpits

ST DD2 had molluscum on her upper arms and chest initially and they then spread to her legs. She has eczema and was worst affected in the areas where she suffers from eczema. The virus was obviously getting into the skin where it was broken with the eczema. Since the molluscum cleared last autumn her eczema has been really bad. My SIL is a dermatologist and both she and our GP advised me that we shouldn't put hydrocortisone cream on molluscum but moisturisers are fine.
