for the warm welcome I tried adding this to my post but it wouldnt let me and I dont want to be rude , were been home ed for a couple of weeks now and its going well were stll finding our feet though DS mainly teaches himself with me watcing over his shoulder to make sure he's actuallly doing somethng and I use mainly play based learning with DD one game she loves is "I bet you cant " spell or add etc shes also a member of our local youth club where they do things like cooking ,dance,art and ict and we live in london so theres loads of free educational things to do . Oh and Im quite attached to my insanity its abit like an old pair of slippers comfortable lol.

I would love to live in London for the resources, I'm fairly rural - I used to enjoy taking the kids up though. 

Do you structure lessons on days?  Or just go with the flow?
