Kom, that is brilliant news (about the football). Well done her! Not so good about the tv, but I guess she deserves a reward for her dedication to the sport, lol.
I will also be getting ED ready for tomorrow - she's been selected (after trails) to play for the Leeds United academy and we go to Elland Road tomorrow to sign her contract!! (Leeds, you are allowed to be proud by association lol!!)
Wow! Well done to her!! I am really proud of her, and hope to see her on the pitch at half time in the near future! When I finally get to open my champagne (which has been on ice for a couple of weeks!), I will include her in the toast. On the other hand, history leads me to believe that I may be drowning my sorrows.
Waiting for a friend to come round for coffee. No other plans for the day.
I think the day that she's on the Elland Road pitch will be a great day for a celebration and the perfect excuse for a mini meet! Frankie and Bennys for tea.....? lol
Sometimes they get the younger teams to walk round the pitch before the game, showing off cups they have won etc. They usually get a warm reception! Bet your dad is proud, Kom?!
very slow day here, the rain is really starting to get me down :(
on the subject of Drs
an old man walks into the dr's
Old man : can i have an appointment please
receptionist: what seems to be the problem
Old man: its my penis
*stunned silence throughout the waiting room*
receptionist: Sir! you cant say that in here, you should say its your ear or something
old man looks at her, walks out then walks back in
Old man : can i have an appointment please
receptionist: what seems to be the problem
Old man: its my ear
the receptionist smiles approvingly at him : what seems to be the problem with it
Old man: I cant piss out of it

Dad coming with us while we sign on the dotted line! I don't think he's stopped grinning yet, bless him!
And just to top our recent Leeds experience off, we've got VIP tickets to the family day in August after a stand up face to face row with Ken Bates at the Christmas Carol evening - we complained!! (he's a horrible man!)
We have a series of four Skills Builders activity books for 10 winners. Each series is valued at £18 and winners can select the series they require (Year 3-Year 6).
Enter the magical world of the Lala-Oopsies™ in a brand new movie starring all new characters. We have ten copies of the DVD to give away, worth £9.99 each, plus each winner will also receive one mini Lalaloopsy doll.
