ED came home last night and said that in numeracy they'd been verbally told a %age score and where the ranges were for each level so they could work it out themselves.
If the teacher's have the info now why don't they either let us have the results or leave them until next week but not drop hints like this. ED's at sixes and sevens as it's made out to be a huge thing at the school.
Has anyone had theirs or is there a set date for release?
Thanks

My son is year 7 now, but last year, we received the SATs results with the school report (dd - in year 5, gets hers next week).
I agree that the teacher shouldn't give them some information before the results are given out though, that seems quite unfair.
I don't think there's a set date - I woudn't be surprised if it was different for each LA.
I agree teachers shouldn't give out information piecemeal.
At the Governors meeting last night, we were told what our school had achieved (% of 4+, % of 5) verbally by the Head Teacher so I don't think he'd had it for long.
Haven't had them and may well not get them until week beginning 18th as her class is away in the Isle of Wight
I think Abbie is getting hers next week.
Completely agree that the teachers shouldnt give any info before the results are given out.
Well we got our ED's SAT results today along with her school report. We couldn't be any prouder of her, she achieved 1 x 5C and 3 x 5B
Excellent news, Mommacrab. Well done your ED!
