Just woken up with the biggest panic attack ever and I now cant get back to sleep. Nothing in particular is bothering me, so what the heck?!? I feel awful, all shaky and aching.

Oh how horrid- I hope you're feeling less shaken by it ll now. Panic attacks are awful.

It might be your hormones and whatnot hon, pregnancy can do mad stuff to your body. Hope you managed to get some rest, if not ask OH to put baby to bed tonight and get an early one.x

not a lot of use but are you feeling any better now ? Did you feel like you stopped breathing I know OH wakes like that sometimes and it's scary.

hope you feel better soon hun panic attacks are awfull,im more prone to them when im due on so id say it may well be your hormones,hope you eventually got back to sleep xxx

Hiya MM, hope you're feeling much calmer now. I woke up having a panic attack last week, took me a good few hours to get over it. Do you get them much? I get them alot. Lots of ((((hugs)))) coming your way.

Hiya thanks for the replies, not sure what's going on to be honest as I never ever have them - and within the space of 2 nights I've had about 4. And crazy dreams too, frightening! Guessing it's down to being pregnant but it's scaring the cr*p out of me!
