Key Stage 2 - 2013 LEVEL 6 English SATs Papers
Between 2012 and 2015, children who were excelling in English and/or maths in Year 6 could be entered for Level 6 SATs. These were additional tests intended to challenge the highest achieving children. From 2016, the new-style SATs will no longer include separate papers for the most able children. Instead, the standard papers taken by all children will include some questions that will allow them to show their skills and knowledge. However, the old Level 6 papers can still be used to give your child valuable exam practice.
This pack includes:
- English Reading Booklet
- Reading Answer Booklet
- Grammar, punctuation and spelling Paper 1: extended task
- Grammar, punctuation and spelling Paper 2: short answer questions
- Grammar, punctuation and spelling Paper 3: spelling task
The test papers have been merged into one easy download for you.
You can also download the answers and marking scheme so you can look through your child's work and compare it with what teachers and examiners are looking for.
