Prize draws: rules and conditions

Entry into a prize draw implies acceptance of these rules and conditions:

Prize draws are open to all UK residents aged over 18 years or over, other than employees of Jade Creative Ltd (referred to in these Terms as “TheSchoolRun”), others professionally associated with TheSchoolRun and their immediate families, and any employees of any company involved in the operation or promotion of the prize draw.

The prizes/giveaways are as stated and will be awarded to entries drawn at random on the draw date.

Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw. After notification, please provide your address so that we can send the prize to you. If you do not respond within 30 days then the prize may no longer be available. Please note that it is the winner's responsibility to notify TheSchoolRun of any change in contact information. Please allow 28 working days for delivery of your prize, calculated from the date you were notified that you had won.

The prizes/product giveaways are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of stated prizes being unavailable, TheSchoolRun reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value. No cash alternative is available. No correspondence will be entered into.

If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, TheSchoolRun does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. TheSchoolRun accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.

The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Competitions, TheSchoolRun, PO Box 120, Bexley, DA5 9DJ OR an email to [email protected] within 14 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

TheSchoolRun reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

TheSchoolRun reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, TheSchoolRun, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of TheSchoolRun, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

One entry per prize draw/giveaway per household; automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified and entries from people using multiple TheSchoolRun accounts will be disqualified.

In entering a prize draw the entrant is agreeing to receive emails from TheSchoolRun and carefully selected partners. Promotion may be conducted over several different websites.

TheSchoolRun will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Your details will only be passed on to a third party if you have won a prize and for the sole purpose of prize allocation.

Winners' names may be published on the TheSchoolRun website and winners may be required to participate in publicity. Promoter: Jade Creative Ltd.
