Between 2012 and 2015, children in Year 6 who were performing highly in English and/or maths could be entered for Level 6 SATs. These were advanced level papers for the most able children. The new SATs tests, introduced in 2016, will no longer include separate papers for the brightest children. From now on, all children will take the same tests, but they will include a number of questions designed to challenge the highest achievers. These Level 6 papers are the 'old-style' tests but can still be used to help your child prepare for SATs.
This pack includes:
- Maths Test A
- Maths Test B
The test papers have been merged into one easy download for you.
You can also download the answers and marking scheme so you can look through your child's work and compare it with what teachers and examiners are looking for.
