Curly caterpillar letters are based around the curved 'c' shape.

When writing curly caterpillar shapes it is important to produce a good rounded 'c' shape so that the letters are closed at the top. If the upward strokes don’t meet the top of the letters ‘a’ can look like ‘u’ and ‘d’ can look like ‘cl’.
